Hi My name is Kevin and I live in perth, W.A. I have recently (2 days ago) purchased a used Toyota Aurion. I am very impressed with the ride, power and comfort. This forum is like a veritable Toyota brainstorming centre!! Can anyone tell Me the details of the "Fixed price servicing" that applies to Toyota's. Does it only apply to New purchases in the first 3 years, or can anybody with a Toyota take advantage of some sort of servicing "Special" price. If the answer is only new purchases, does anyone know a decent Mechanic who knows Toyota's and won't charge like a wounded bull. Finally, well done on a great website and forum....I look forward to hearing from You Toyota disciples! Regards, Kevin.

Welcome Kevin to the club. As far as I know, the fixed price servicing is for new purchases.

Sorry, could not recommend any good Perth mechanics as I am in Melbourne.

Pretty sure the fixed price servicing goes with the car if it is for the length of the warranty of the car... so if it is still within its warranty period and it has fixed price servicing for the length of the warranty you should still be able to take advantage of it even though you aren't the first purchaser... but don't quote me on that as I'm not sure how Toyota work 100% with 2nd hand cars and what their terms and conditions are. I know Hyundai do a "Fixed price servicing for the life of the warranty of the car" because i remember hearing it on their ads for certain cars through certain dealers and they were pushing it on demo's and 2nd hand ex-fleet cars that had less than 40K kms on them...

Best advice is contact the dealer and check it out :)

The fixed price 'Toyota Service Advantage' is transferable between owners. Whether or not your car is eligible depends on whether it was a feature when the car was purchased. Some cars do not come with it depending on their use (eg. hire cars). To check your eligibility, click on the following link:

^^^ correct above.

TSA is transferable with the car as long as the car was purchased within the 3 year, 60000km limit on the TSA.

also correct that cars purchased under hire, or cars that belonged to a Toyota Employee (EVP) TSA is not eligible
