Or you can read the ad and see that the price is set that high because he only wants offers and doesn't want it to go to auction.....

Most importantly, it's a replica. I'm not informed about the price of the orginal type, but this price indicates the value of a set of racecar wheels, or thereabouts. And they're used as well.

The price doesn't indicate anything. The first line of the ad specifically states that it is a dummy listing with a ridiculously high set price so that it won't sell via auction/buy-it-now and that all interested parties are to contact him with a reasonable offer. There is no mention of what he thinks they are actually worth.
