Does anyone's car exhibit a slight delay in engine startup. When you turn the key to start the car the engine doesn't fireup instanatly rather you have to wait for 1-1.5sec? In my dad's MCV36R as well although his takes a tiny bit longer to kick in than mine. It's not like it's a problem but it does takes getting used to and I don't think any delay is normal.

Do you mean by longer crank?

If it is, check your car battery.

Yeh i think so. It just don't start instantly as a car would say with push button start. Warm or cold it's the same. A new battery would be another $100+ :(
