Gearbox issue?

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this or is it just me. I have an 03 corolla sportivo and just recently I notice that the car struggles abit in reverse. It would rev really loud and only reverses a little bit. I just changed my clutch recently, under 1000km. Could it be my gearbox? I've also notice recently that when I start my car there would be vibration like sound coming from the rear boot. Could this be related? Any help would be appreciated.

Only reverse? So gears 1-6 don't slip? You mention really loud? So it revs but hardly moves.. ?

Who did the clutch and what clutch

Also.. How were the selector cables removed? Just at the bush at the end of the cable and the bracket that holds both cables ( 3 bolts ) removed that way?

I say that because there's a little black plastic sleeve? If ud like to call it that, that goes between the 2 selector sliding mechanisms at the box..

It's hard to say cause the reverse gear runs off a gear between first and 2nd I believe from

Memory, & it's a straight cut gear ( it's why it whines loudly in reverse at fast speeds ).. So that being said its not like it can be partially engaged its either in gear or not..
