Hi hope someone can help.

I own a 1995 vienta. The issue i have is that it overheats when ive been driving it longer than 45 mins on the highway, but never just around town. Its been an ongoing issue for about 12 months and in those 12 months it has a new radiator, a new water pump, new radiator caps and has been tested so many times by the radiator place that ive lost count. It happens when the air con is on and also when it is off. Its pretty random, sometimes it does sometimes it doesnt. dont know whether this would affect the situation but in the past 12months the power steering pump and rack has been replaced and the cv joints...

I have heard that the fan runs by oil pressure...Is this right? and if so is there some sort of filter going to the fan that could be blocked???

Pretty sure thats everything. Let me know if you had something similar happen or if you have a solution to the problem

Thanks

Hi

Do you lose coolant? Has anyone pressure tested the system?

Also has anyone checked if the thermo fan comes on?
