Hey guys,

I'm not sure if there is a post here about 'Short Shifters' yet so I'll make one.

Firstly, I own a Toyota Celica 2005 (140 kw) model (Australian made).

Secondly, I am looking to purchase a short shifter for my car but I would like some recommendations on which one to purchase.

And thirdly, where can I buy a quality short shifter based on your recommendations?

Well I didnt want to play $ 160+ for a TWM one so I went onto Ebay and brought a Megan short shifter.

Took about 2-3 hours to install.

After installing and testing it out, it felt really stiff and i noticed that the amount of shifting is decreased.

So i was wondering that is it natural for short shifters to be stiff?

Because Im thinking about talking it down to a shop and ask them to have a look on it.

Anyone with any information on this is greatly appreciated.
