Upgrading Ascent/Ascent Sport tail lights to SX/SL type LED tail lights
The wiring for the taillights in the petrol models are exactly the same as the hybrid models. However, putting the nicer lights in isn't plug and play. You would have to separate the power from the brake light wire that goes to the rear running lights.- 1

Boot liner
Some things genuine are just plain criminal, and don't for one minute think you are getting a superior product. When I bought a Brand New Hilux back in 2007, I went and got a set of headlight protectors from Supercheap, they were made in NZ and they kept their clarity even 10 years later . Maximum Torque on the 3.4 v6 is around 3600rpm, so if lugging up a hill in O/D , as Rodirico suggested when you are approaching a hill where you know its going to start lugging trying to pull, flick it out of O/D and let the engine spin a bit, so it gets in the sweet spot, certainly wont hurt it revving a bit, do it more good than lugging it in o/d -

Hi. Just picked up my 2022 Camry Ascent Sport Hybrid on 1 Aug. Is the expense of a genuine Camry boot liner justified or will a generic one do the job just as well? Thanks. -

Coolant Leak 2008 Aurion
Same here Rob. Weeks of continuous/ intermittent rain and the tyranny of life events have hindered my routine. My coating has long since gone to God mate. It's flat as a tack right now. I have some Avalonking Armour Shield ceramic coating sitting here, so I might as well put it to work. I'm going to get a friend to help me with this one as it's going to require more elbow grease then normal. Full decontamination, clay bar, machine polish, coating including the wheels. Engine bay will also get a clean too. Then there's the interior.... I might tackle that before I head over to his place for the exterior treatment. For sure mate. There will be quite a few I imagine 😄- 1

Upgrading Ascent/Ascent Sport tail lights to SX/SL type LED tail lights
from what i understand the wiring is different for stock headlight and taillight. and the programme is also different. basically can’t do it with a straight swap.
