Could someone please post me some photos of a 2003 Sportivo with King lows springs on the front and super lows on the back so i can get a look at the height before i decide which way to go

the front will just sit above the wheels , the rear will be tucked in with super lows .

your best path is to go coilovers .

Do i need to get special lowered shock absorbers to fit lowered springs ?

You don't have to, but to get optimum performance from your shock absorbers, it is best to get shock absorbers that are suitable for lowering springs such as KYB. Can just use stock in the meantime though and replace them when they wear out.
