Does anyone know how to switch on the speed display in the satnav of a 200 series 2012 VX Landcruiser? There is nothing in the manual or in the menus, but it obviously knows the speed because it gives a warning when I go over the speed limit.

It doesn't get the speed from the car's speedo because the speedo shows about 5kph too high and the satnav speed warning is spot-on accurate (I tested it with my portable GPS).

I would have thought that showing the speed is one of the most obvious things you would want a satnav to do.

The satnav has a "100181" number printed on its front panel near the top-left corner and I believe that this unit is also used in other Toyota models.
