Hi guys, I own an ACV40 manual. There are some clips out there for auto camrys to turn traction control off but following the exact steps won't work. Does anyone know how to do this for the manual camrys?

Cheers

Really you can turn them off? Could you link me to a clip? I'll try and help in return ^^

How the heck do you turn it back on then? So confusing!!! Also shouldn't it be the same with a manual camry since he didn't change the gears during the process?

Just turn off and turn on your car to turn it back on. In auto, it has a park. In manual it has neutral which are two different things. I followed the exact movements and it does not work nor have I found anyone that has done it for the acv40 manual camry.

Alrite just had a look and apparently for the manuals you have to disconnect the MAF/IAT sensor while the engine is idling. I don't know what that is :S Do you?

Disconnecting the MAF while the engine is running will probably stall it... Not a wise idea.

Hmmm....really? I don't have a manual camry so wouldn't know :S Maybe try anyway to see if it works?
