Sorry if this has already been asked before.

I have just purchased a 2003 Toyota Corolla Conquest Sedan and it doesn't have any steering wheel controls on the stock wheel. Just wondering if there is a way to buy a wheel with controls (audio mostly) and install it?

Would be impossible with stock head unit, and potentially ilegal as well depending on airbag laws in your state.

Easiest way would be to install a new head unit that comes with a steering wheel remote like the below one. This one has a clever little strap system and it fits neatly in the 'crook' of the corolla steering wheel.

PS: good time to get rid of crappy factory speakers, and add a sub as well!

Thanks for the reply mate. I've got a new head unit on its way. Might give the steering wheel controls a miss for now.
