help needed for new tarago tcr10r 1999 owner

hi all, I have just bought my wife a 1999 tarago tcr10r stnsdn and it appears that no one is producing a service or repair manual for it.

1. does anyone have one that i could obtain a copy of the electrical wiring relating to the door lock/alarm control module?

2. does anyone know where i might obtain one from?

the single toyota remote that came with the vehicle is broken, not repairable and cannot be replaced with generic one. they no longer make the remotes, so i bought a door locking kit and need to wire it in to the wiring whilst disabling the toyota door lock section on the original control box.

Is it the Alpine remote that you have, as per the picture?

Best way to go about it, find the receiver for the existing remote and wire in the receiver from the new.

Hi mr2 yes it is the same as the alpine remote. As far as finding the receiver and wiring in the new, that is why I need the wiring diagram.

Do you have a multimeter?

I'm not 100% but I would say that on the receiver you will have 2 wires for power and 2 for Lock/ unlock, it won't take long with a multimeter to figure out what one is what.

Hi Mr2, no multimeter, but I do not even know where the receiver is, hence the request for a wiring diagram which would allow me to locate it as well as isolate the wires as you have mentioned.
