hi new member to your forum i am an automotive electrician by trade and have had vast electrical knowledge on older camrys and 90's ones.(including wiring manuals)

anyway my topic is that i have a 99 camry csx with climate control and i want to bypass the lock sensor ,now i know that the compressor is working beautifully and it will be the lock sensor being the problem not a relay, but i do not want to dump the gas just to replace the sensor(they are an over engineering annoyance of toyota anyway)_,so is there a way of "tricking" the climate control ecu into thinking it has a functional lock sensor so i can have my cold air back ,i can fix almost anything on a camry but this has me baffled.

cheers scott.

looknig forward to contributing to the forum.
