Yeah weekend is better.

I would prefer the 2nd Nov over the 9th, as I have booked a skip bin that day (spring clean!!)

So if it is on the 9th, I'll be a maybe, depending on how I feel on the day.

Right so meet point will be burnside shopping mall car park

Time around 7 ish if you can just a bit of a chin wag.

Meet and greet for those that haven't meet

Then a cruise throughout the hills route to be announced .

*any aspiring photographers please speak up for good practise!!*

Yeah, current model. Whats wrong with the black bar? I reckon it looks good, looks way better than the new commodore.

OK, so summarise and to make it easier for everyone to read...

Cruise date is Saturday November 2nd

We are meeting at Burnside Village Shopping Centre (Crn Portrush Rd, and Greenhill Rd, Burnside)

We are meeting at 7pm for a chat, then we will leave for a cruise up the hills afterwards (route TBA)

Haha, just don't dig the ripple things you know. Don't get me wrong man the rest of the car is **** hot. Had the pleasure of driving a 2012 black demo ZR6 for a week. Very very nice car to drive. You can really feel the extra power with the weight reduction.

The JBL stock stero sounds sweet.

You gonna mod that thing at all.

Would be great to see one of its titties :P

Yeah I know what you mean, I don't mind them. Yeah you do notice it, quick and very responsive especially with the paddle shift. The stereo system is sweet as and it's a dvd player too. Haven't decided if I'm gonna mod it yet but will have to wait until the warranty expires.

OK guys I should have a route sorted and ready by tomoz sorry it has taken so long, I have had a bit going on.

At this stage there are only 6 of us but please let your Toyota owning non members to tag alone.

Some different models would be nice on the cruise.

Got a rolla mate comin, was gonna bring his chaser but not on the road at the MO

      Thanks Martin. I thought that may have been the case. However, it seems an anomaly with so much tech on board. My wife always looks for this feature after an ugly incident while stopped at a traffic light some years ago. As you said ...perhaps an OTA update? One other thing if you don't mind me asking. What is the build date on your vehicle? The C-HR's that appeared at my local dealer in the last fortnight all have an October or November 23 build date. Thanks, Peter

      Auto door locking on new 2024 C-HR?

      Hi I was very lucky to receive one of the first new models last month. My Koba is amazing- as have all of my previous Toyotas. However in answer to your question it does not automatically lock the doors when you engage Drive or when you reach a preset speed. I am very disappointed that with all of the electronic devices and safety features and the approximately 20% increase in price over the last model that Toyota Australia has left a very important safety feature out of the vehicle. We see cars being carjacked almost nightly on the news. My knowledge of technology in this sector is limited but surely it is only an update of the operating systems to fix this. The new model is a beautiful car- your wife should still buy one.

      is it possible to import US model Sienna to Australia?

      I rent a 2023 model in US just few days ago it’s beauty and real good on fuel much nicer to drive compare to Honda Odyssey which I own one 2022 model make me wonder why Toyota AUS won’t bring the Sienna hybrid to Australia instead we get bulky ugly looking Granvia with diesel engine 🤔🤔!!

      How to delete bluetooth device?

      I have a Yaris and had a similar issue. I just submitted a similar query to GPT. The response was to go into settings, view paired devices, select the device to remove, and confirm the removal. It helped me; I couldn't find the answer on the internet, but I found it there.
