New member from the Northside of Brissie here. Purchased a 1999 FZJ75RV Troopy last month with dual fuel 90L petrol / 90L LPG tanks, dual battery setup, TJM bulbar with side bars, side rails, snorkel and outback draw system. Picked it up from Bundaberg but it hadn't been near any flood waters it was only used in the outback so no beach work and no rust on it. It has over 400k on the clock and it's engine had its top end completely redone. It's suspension has also been upgraded for outback use.

It was previously used for touring Australia and has done most of the tracks the Kimberley's, the Simpson desert, Kakadu. I am only its third owner since new, previous owner had it 8 years. Runs like new it's been well maintained and always garaged.

I use it for prospecting for gold out in the goldfields in outback Queensland where you need a reliable vehicle. Since I have had it I have fitted a set of Mickey Thompson STZ's and two new rims as he sold it with two smaller rims on the front. I have added a 300 watt inverter and 240 volt power board for power for camping out in the bush and a floodlight for reversing. I will probably add a roof rack and replace the exhaust system to help it breath better.

Hope to meet some of you folks out on the goldfields someday. :-)
