2013 Camry Natural camber

Once you lower your car, you get natural camber. For me, i didn't get any natural camber.
Can a wheel alignment make it so my wheels are back to 0 degree camber after lowering? Or is it just because i'm using an OEM strut that might not allow any camber or toe change?

After i lowered my car i got my wheels aligned and have stayed on 0 camber. Apparently I can get up to -4 NATURAL camber but i'm not sure if i can because i'm using OEM strut.

Any help will be appreciated
