Is there anyway to raise the height of the Camry to avoid damage to the bottom of fender on high kerbs and speed humps

Seems weird that you'd be scraping on anything with factory a camry setup, are cars aren't exactly riding low.

19"/20" wheels

That won't help! Tyres are lower profile so that the rolling diameter doesn't change (otherwise the speedometer will be out of whack!)

Very unusual to increase ride height in anything but a 4WD offroader, as this usually has a negative affect on handling/roadholding!
