yeah i bought toyota one and the strathfield one... i still have the strathfield one, but i dont see any reason why it wouldnt fit... if anything it might not fit as flush as the toyota one cos those side spacers and the pocket are made for each other... i got mine from Pennant Hills Toyota (rip-off merchants) for just under $50... the spacers cost me $13 per side...

ask around at different dealers though, they all seem to have extremely varied pricing on parts.

Go to Peter Warren Toyota (Warwick Farm).

Spacers $7.50 per side, and DIN pocket ~$12 from memory.. It was definitely under $20.

Romp, thats a wicked price! i wish my car audio shops were that cheap <_<

I think u just have to get a pocket that fits a DIN type. aerpro make a few pockets and cd holders thatll fit, but i didnt like their quality at all. i got charged $50 for one, only to find out its all thin plastic and the lookalike buttons are just clips. i shouldn't have paid more than $15 for it.

I ended up with something like the second pic from JB Hifi for about $80. Dunno what brand. It was expensive, but i couldnt find anything near as good. This one's solid and when u push the "real" buttons the cd shoots out :D

Sorry if this sounds a little dumb guys but can someone define what DIN stands for ?

Also when you guys are talking pocket spacers, do u mean the head unit spacers or otherwise?

Again sorry for my ignorance :P

Don't know what it stands for...

But assuming you're asking what it is..

A DIN is the space where your headunit goes. (Double DIN, Single DIN), most headunits are single DINs.

When your saying spacers, I'm assuming you mean the things on the side that fill up the gap when you install an aftermarket HU?

Pocket spacers, or pocket DIN's, are just that. Pockets that fit ina DIN space. (Where you can put stuff like cards, smokes, whatever in there).

DIN stands for Deutsches Institut fur Normung

It is a body that created a set of standards for cars.
