Hi, i drive a 1993 Toyota Tarago, i have had issues with the headlight wiring , the headlights would occasionally go off when on low,the plug that connects to the light bulbs was very fragile and brittle, while jiggle them around to get the connection just right i found my 93 Tarago has a second set of headlight wiring, look as if never been used, the plastic block holding all 3 wires is in great condition though dirty after 21 years and they work. I use them instead of the dodgy connections that were in use. I was wondering if it is normal for a 93 Tarago to have a second set of wiring, has anyone heard of this before. The second set has been performing well, no dodgy connections, low and high work well. Seems weird to have two sets of wiring though especially as it only has the standard single bulb per side not a dual bulb set up like the versions with fog/driving lights built in.
