No there isn't. Even if there was doing so would mean that the car no longer meets the ADR and would not be road worthy..

I have removed and worked on a lot of these and never seen one corroded... Do you have something leaking under the dash?

Cheers Brendan,

I was expecting that that would be the case. The car was in a flood before I purchased it 8 years ago. Things are starting to go wrong now. I suspect it is time to wreck the car and move on. I don't wan't to sell it to someone that will have further issues similar to the ones that I am having now.
