Hey all,

Has anyone fit a bee-r rev limiter on a 05 sportivo?

If yes:

What revs are you at to get maximum traction,

And can you shoot good flames?

I have installed a Bee R rev limiter on a 2zz-ge Celica. It is possible, and yes the car does shoot flames.

However, it will quickly destroy your catalytic converter. So i suggest getting

a straight pipe put in place or buying a spare cat and bashing out the material in one of them.

The installation takes a long time, where is the corolla ECU located? is it in the engine bay like the celica?

i have my launch control set to 5000rpm because i run 235/40r17 semi slicks.

Hi moo11123, Could you help me on installing a Bee r rev limiter in my Celica gts 2zz?

A few guys have installed them on Sportivo's but I wouldn't recommend it as it's not exactly healthy for your engine.

It does shoot flames and will destroy your cat in the process.

Better off practicing launches as I find no one seems to use Bee-R's as a launch control option for our cars.
