I've read somewhere that bonnet protectors can effect the air intake into the scoop. Is this the case? I own an sr5 2009 hilux.

Probably would at 200 km/h, :whistling:, but on a serious note I,m running one and at highway speeds if a leaf falls in front, the bonnet protector sends it up and over the windscreen due to the airflow

Not sure if this is true (with air Intake) but they are more pain than they are worth

Try washing the car once fitted, just about always cut your hand or fingers on those things

My 2 cents worth anyway
