Hilux issues with unlocking/starting

Hi everyone, first post here

I have an issue with my 2009 Kun26R Hilux 

In short I drove it fine all day, came home went to go back into it and the keyless entry clicker would not click and no lights appeared on the vehicle. 

I unlocked the Hilux with the key, and tried to start it, no lights on the dash at all and the engine was not clicking over.

I pulled out the multimeter and the battery which is 2 months old was fine.

I replaced the battery inside the key. Yet still no change.

So I am left in a bit of a predicament  with no clue with what could be the problem.

Any ideas that could help would be much appreciated

Have you checked all fuses?

Do you have a particular fuse which it might be?

i tried to unlock the car before and it unlocked it but everything stopped working again.

Which was odd
