Hey Everyone

I am wondering if anyone knows, if a genuine 2012 toyota bullbar will handle a winch installed?

Looking at buying one for my hilux. want to make sure i dont need a new bullbar capable

Can you supply a pic of the exact bullbar that you have?

That being said the New Hilux forums will have a lot more in depth info and more experienced owners, which may net you an answer quicker.

If it is an alloy bar, you need to do some serious reinforcement. You might also need to fab a cradle to hold the winch. What brand/model of winch are you planning to get? There are some many options like Smittybilt winch and the expensive Warn.
