Do you think the silver one will to much trouble ?

If you go for the golden one, make your buy dependent on the results of the roadworthy. The most you can loose is the cost for the roadworthy, if there's too much trouble to fix things.

Definitely, the 2008 Gold assuming no mechanical faults/ expensive repairs required. Well worth considering paying the extra for registration. Ask yourself this question. If I wanted to resell the vehicle next month which one is more likely to sell? Personally, I prefer a stock standard vehicle. Fancy looking set of mags with gutter rash not appealing, more of a red flag that it may have been driven hard.

Thank you for the advice guy's, I'm guessing I'm booking a roadworthy tomorrow and see if it's worth it,  I was on the bench about the gold being 50/50 shot I guess, its going to go one of 2 ways I wont have spend anything or I could spend a lot I will keep all posted, wish my luck :)

Go for the gold. Less KMS and better looking IMO

Here she is guys,

Have not had to do to much since I bought her list of things done

Rear 6 Pin plug for trailer replaced with new flat 7pin plug

CD stacker was playing up (Screen going funny and not taking CDS)  -  Replaced with Kenwood DDX4017BT with reverse camera

Rear lower Control Arm Bushes replaced and ball joint cover (drivers side) replaced and Camber pin installed to stop car pulling left

New Battery

2x new PIRELLI CINTURATO P7 - hard to find

and  a fresh oil change 2 weeks ago @ 3000KM with  Castrol edge titanium+liqui moly mos2 and liqui moly full system cleaner

Things I want to replace later on down the track:

18inch rims was thinking  Advanti Caesar hyper Sliver

and replace currant window tint with Suntek infinity - Had this on the last car and was an amazing tint and looked great :)

Apart from that Car runs like dream I'm one very happy Aurion owner :)

Looking Good mate !

That's a clean car.

I'm intrigued about the camber pin thingy. What's that about ? Does it help with tyre wear prevention ?

I have noticed that my 50 series tends to chew the outside edge of the front tyres, even after it's had a wheel alignment. The left front is wearing faster than the right. The set were replaced March 2016. (Michelin Primacy LC)

The rear tyres are as new. At this rate, I'll be needing two front tyres every 2 years. Is this normal for Aurion ?

Camberpin corrected the pull to left issue in the car if that did not correct it I would have had to replace the bushes

Thanks for the info guys. When I get a chance I'll have to go and visit a suspension place and pick their brains.

Here is the alignment data from my recent tyre change if anyone can make sense of it. Does anything stand out ?

I have no idea what the factory settings are supposed to be. I just assume that Bob Jane are making it right when it's wrong.
