Hey guys;

I am just wondering if anyone knows if a 1988 toyota celica strut brase will fit a 1990 toyota corolla.

Because i seen one at the wreckers and it looks the same.

Thanks

Are they the same shape?

Because the ST162 was made till 85-89, and the ST184 was from 89-93.

Whiteline lists different part numbers between the 2 cars.

Could drive your car to the wreckers and just ask to see it will fit. All the wreckers I went to were pretty easy going like that.

A basic Whiteline one is about $170-200 new.

Also I have heard about this Whiteline!

Do you have info?

The 1990 corolla SX would've had a factory strut brace too. That'd probably be a better fit.

i have a factory ST184 strut brace sitting in the back yard. as for the whiteline one i paid 99 for mine plus shipping, fitment on the celica is a bit dodgey on the SX coz it sits right up against the bonnet.
