Questions hilux 2017 workmate

G'day all

Can someone tell me, why this green light is always on,the one with light symbol, I just can't work out why even after looking at the manual, I've included pic from the manual. 

Also is there a reason you can't tilt the seats right foreword on these hilux vehicles, or is there a trick to it, I've got the workmate 2x4, 

Any help appreciated, cheers john

I’m pretty sure the one in the picture is the headlights / park lights , they work every time you start the car even in daylight , my work Ute has the same light and that’s what it is
