So basically pulled unto drive way last night in my 4wd hilux, hit a slight bunp in the driway way and the drivers side wheel decided it jad a mind of its own. 

Which resulted in it being full lock to the right but steering wheel and passenger side were pointed straight.

Its lifted on 33s and pointing the direction of maybe the tie rod end had been wound too far and the thread has possibly stripped out. 

Any ideas on this ?

Have you climbed underneath and actually looked for broken/ damaged Tie rod ends /Pitman arm

Yeah all sorted now snapped tie rod had a quick look as flat out working on the patrol
