Hi everyone, I've owned our 2003 LC100 Sahara for 2.5 years now after previously owning a 2001 4.2 Diesel ute, 1988 Troopy 2H and 60 series 2H.

Loved my Diesel Cruisers and they have been weekend camping vehicles only.

After the wife complained about the lack of space in the front of the ute when getting away with the 2 Jack Russells it was time to change, so I decided I was getting lazy and wanted auto with V8 power and not fussed about the economy as it's only a weekend camping/prospecting/tow vehicle and couldn't be happier.

I'll be looking at suspension upgrades shortly mainly for the rear as it suffers from sag when towing but trying to maintain the comfort when not towing, our off road is mainly dirt tracks and mild 4x4 rutted sections only as our fun is being camped in the Vic goldfields, Alpine areas up past Walhalla and camping along the Murray River, all off grid and self sufficient camping.
