2000 Tarago (acr30) inner tie rod torque specs

Hey everyone,

I have tried searching everywhere and no luck, I just need the inner tie rod and tie rod castle nut torque specs. I know the 2002 camry needs 84nm for the inner tie rod, would it be unwise to use the same specs for this car as the camry? I've tried getting the workshop manual from a forum but it was no longer available. Are there any workshop manuals out there for tarago 2000 - 2005?

Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.

Hi,

No doubt you have already sorted this out, according to Toyota:

Tie Rod Castle nut 49Nm (500 kgf cm, 36 ft lbd).

Tie rod Lock nut 88Nm (900 kgf cm, 65 ft lbd).

Rack end 103Nm (1050 kgf cm, 76 ft lbd).

I got that from the paid subscription:

Annoying, but I try to save what I need, and what I think I might need.

Hope this helps,

Craig
