Recovery points & bullbar don’t match. Help!

Hi all,

Very specifi question here... hope someone can help.

I have a 2010 a hilux SR5 With a TJM T15 Tradesman bullbar attached https://www.tjm.com.au/protection/bull-bars/tradesman-bull-bar-t15-steel-black-pc-50mm-outer-tube-070sb15n87a

The Bullbar bracket covers one of the holes on the vehicle to bolt a rated recovery point. Has anyone come across this issue and if so has anyone tried to or heard of someone that fabricated the hole... either cutting or drilling through the bracket?

This is the exact recovery point needed for this series and year Hilux.

I would really appreciate any advice as it looks like it could be done but I don’t want to sacrifice the stability of the bullbar or even damage the chassis

Thanks

Simon
