Audio screen is not working

Hey, I have a problem with my car Toyota aurion TRD 2007.. I was going through the settings and I pressed something and now my screen is blue and it says “press point to red dot” and non of the buttons works nor I could touch the screen and I i don’t know what to do... is there a way to fix it??

I was intrigued by this and went looking.

"press point to red dot" is weird. Without seeing the screen there, I'm not sure if this is prompting you to touch the so called "red dot" if there is such a thing appearing on the screen. Do you remember at which part of the menu you were in and what you pressed ??

Are you able to upload a picture of the issue ?

With the screen being blue, I'm not sure if that's a result of your pressing the wrong thing or it could be simply the blue screen of death. Could be a coincidence.

What I did find in the limited info available, you could try doing several of these "resets". These are what I found. 

#2 may be specific to Corolla, but it's worth a try.

Failing all this, you can try doing a power down by disconnecting the battery terminal and wait 10 minutes or so and then see if it comes back to life. It may ask for a pin code.

Take a look in your owners manual for audio information.

To calibrate a 2014 toyota corolla touch screen, press the volume button hold it down for 5 seconds. The screen will then light up and be able for touch screen use.

How do you do a hard reset?

Press and hold the power and volume up buttons together to load the recovery mode. Using the Volume buttons to scroll through the menu, highlight Wipe data/factory reset. Press the Power button to select. Highlight and select Yes to confirm the reset.
