No electrical power

i am assuming that you would have removed the plastic caps from the terminals of the new battery. Presumably you would have cleaned the terminals and connections.

Check that the terminals have been fully tightened and not loose.

Next check would be the earth cable and its connections.

What's the backstory to the car ? Did it run before or not ?

This battery, is it a brand new battery or just another battery ? New could mean a good 2nd hand one.

Did you check for voltage at the battery?  It should read around 12.5 volts DC.

If it is completely dead, assuming the battery is good, you have a break in either the positive cable or a broken ground. You have no circuit.

Follow the battery cables from start to finish and you should find your problem.
