2015 Aurion Sportivo . Left front wheel whining noise when turning right after about 5 mins warming up. Not loud but easily heard.

My 2015 Aurion Sportivo develops a whining noise in the LH front wheel after about 5 mins warming up time only when turning right.
Even the slightest touch on the steering wheel to the right causes this noise. A bit like a cicada chirping.

Any ideas please as the Service Dept has not been successful so far. New brake pads have been fitted and rotors machined but the noise is still there.
Bearing?
Arm?
Universal joint?

What I can suggest is to try and spray silicone spray around the wheel bearing.

Something else is to loosen the wheel nuts and then retighten to the correct torque specification approx. 110Nm

Sounds like the wheel nuts have been over tighten to buggery. I'd do the lot if one is protesting that much.
