Cleaning hybrid fan in 2013 Toyota camry 2013

Hey has anybody had to clean the hybrid battery fan in a camry? If so is it something that can be done by yourself or are you doomed to go to Toyota & be charged $300 for a 10 min job. Or anybody know how to lift up the rear seat cushion? You tube says it should have tabs there to lift up but there is none there. Please help.

Have a look at this YouTube video.

You lift up the rear seat cushion vertically and hopefully the retaining tab which looks like a metal U prong will pop up easily out of the plastic retaining clip. At the 3:37 time of the video, you will be able to see the top of the white plastic retaining clip.

When I removed the rear seat cushion, I recall that 1 retaining tab popped out easily and I ended up using a long handle screwdriver as a lever beside the other retaining tab.
