Carburetor identification

Hi guys, this is a long shot but just trying to identify what model Aisan carby i have, this is not being used on a Toyota and actually being used for a supercharger kit on a an old Hillman Imp. Problem i have is identifying what the carby actually is, the unit is giving me grief and hard to find information on it as i dont know what the carby is. This came from a working setup albeit has not run for about 5 years.

I can get it installed and will start on full choke but revs super hard, take choke off and it just dies. Defiantly a long shot but any info might be of help.
