If a fuse is blown, none of the mirrors will work. Next to check is the mirror switch. The one that directs to the individual mirror.  Let us know what goes from that.

I am leaning to a dicky mirror switch too. Water can get into the switch over time when entering the car during rainy periods and this can corrode the contacts. I DIY could be to pull it apart, clean, lube and test continuity between contacts, then test for 12v on the power plug.
