Hi everyone,

I’m hoping someone in this group can assist me. I own an imported 2017 Toyota Prius plug in hybrid, and unfortunately, the official Toyota dealers in Melbourne have refused to service my car due to its import status. I’m now looking for an independent service provider or mechanic who has experience working with imported Toyota hybrids, specifically hybrid systems, electrical diagnostics, and general repairs.

If anyone has had a similar experience or can recommend a reliable specialist or workshop in Melbourne that can service hybrid imports, I would really appreciate it!

Thank you in advance for any suggestions or help!
