G'day everyone,

Well my old 80Amp alternator finally gave up on me after nearly 17 years of service. I was thinking I would upgrade to a 130amp. The question I have is regarding the wiring. I would safely assume that I need to upgrade from the original wiring to handle the potential increase in amperage, what I want to know is do I have to also upgrade the fusible link? or do I just need to install a fuse in the wiring? If so where would be the best location for this? If anyone has done this upgrade I would also appreciate any photo's to help.

Cheers.
