2021 Hilux 1GD-FTV oil pressure issue

Hi, 

i have a 2021 Gun126r and i am receiving a low oil pressure alert when i start it up. 

i just purchase this got 85,000km on it. 

i took it to Toyota as i had an issue with oil coming out of turbo discharge pipe (as per pics), they had a look and they reckon it is the egr pipe that went around the head.

They replaced the timing chain now it doesn't rattle only when i get this low oil pressure alert. 

i am using  Fuchs TITAN GT1 FLEX C23 SAE 5W-30 engine oil as i am in north QLD. 

The oil filter is a Donaldson P550335 and a family member had one his Ute had the death rattle but we put genuine  filter now it doesn't. Could possibly the Donaldson is to good and restricts flow? But i also got a 2016 one with 330,000 km and i have no issue with the Donaldson filter and Fuchs oil. 

i am still having this oil issue out of turbo discharge pipe but not as bad.

Can't help with why pressure is low, but can tell you these things should have a 5 year warranty, which you are within.
