Hello everyone, this is probably going to be a stupid question to most of you. I recently picked up a 2021 Toyota SR Hilux. I was doing a bit of exploring around the local area and came across this. Whilst I was using the downhill assist, I noticed the VSC light continuously flashing the same light also was flashing every time the tires broke tractions due to the loose surface I was travelling on. Is this normal or is this something I need to get checked out asap?

Hey Mate,
Im no professional so dont quote me on this, but I think that's normal. They flash when you break traction and the DAC kicks in. If it's constantly flashing at you even when you're not breaking traction, you might have a problem. But it's the same thing with traction control on newer cars. It flashes at you when the traction control is activated and you are sliding or drifting, or whatever.
