I have a 2016 Kluger. The small square plastic piece that covers the bolt that I assume is for installing a roof rack is missing. It is situated above the drivers door. I have contacted Toyota Katherine NT and they cannot find a part number for it. Can anyone help me?

Hi David

Does your Kluger have Roof Rail's?....if so are you referring too that square/Rectangular plastic piece that is removed to allow attachment of a Roof Rack?

My 2016 Kluger has these slightly raised Roof Rail's to enable you to attach a Roof Rack near the front and another slightly to the rear of the vehicle.

Just wanting to confirm I understood your post.. I will have a look at mine and see if there is some clue for a part number...

Hi David,

Attached are 2 x photos of my Roof Rail's on the Driver's side.

I thank you for your question to this helpful forum as I learnt a lot by researching!

Here in Tamworth NSW I rang the local Toyota Dealership which I  personally have found them helpful and they assisted with the below information....

If I have understood you correctly you are missing the 1st Square plastic locating cover that reveals 1 x bolt head.  ( This bolt apparently assists with holding down the actual Roof Rail)

Down from this is the 2nd Rectangular plastic locating cover that reveals  2 x bolt heads. ( This is where the actual Roof Rack is attached)

In total there are 4 x Square Plastic covers and 4 x Rectangular Plastic covers on these 2 Roof Rail's.

Part # for Square Plastic Cover : 756320E030

Cost : $38.80 EACH

Part # for Rectangular Plastic Cover: 756330E030

Cost : $38.80 EACH

If for some reason you had to replace all 8 covers it would cost approximately:            $ 310.40

Out of interest I enquired how much OEM Roof Racks would cost = $787 for a set.

Hope this helps you in the NT
