Hi all, I have a 2024 manual 4x4 Hilux. I read in the owners manual that I should do 16 km's a month in 4WD to keep it properly lubricated. I do use the 4WD, but certainly not 16 km's a month. So the question is twofold. First, how necessary really is this as I know years old Hiluxes that the 4WD works fine even though almost never used. Second question, could I do this 16 km's in 4WD on a sealed road? As neither front or rear wheels are locked together unless I enable the difflock.
