Has anyone used Repco Full Synthetic 5W-30 Engine Oil , or have an opinion if its any good?

Posted

I have never used that particular brand, but the thing you need to look for is the standard your engine requires, then compare that to what the product states. It should be stated in your handbook.

For everyday use, I can't see anything wrong with it. If it was sub standard, I'm certain Repco would never put their name on it.

I use the Nulon 5W-30 fully synthetic. Why ?, Because it's a known quantity with many years of research and development, it meets and exceeds my engine's requirement and it's the only oil I've been using since day one, so I  just stuck with it. I'm not one who likes to mix products. That's just my OCD, but in reality any name brand oil is fine, just make sure it's suitable.
