I was looking at the TTE website and found their turbo kit. Its for the MRs but im sure it would fit in the rolla as well. Very impressive figures. I wonder if this will ever be on the production line in South Africa. In fact I would prefer this option in the future Sportivo instead of the Compressor. The turbo pumps out 255 NM of torques compared to the 215Nm from the blower. Wouldnt that make more sense???

Here is a link of the PDF

where does the dyno say it was mesured at the wheels... perhaps they used an engine dyno, as Toyota tends to for tech doccos and specs

That kit wont fit an Australian delivered corolla. Just like how most of the US corolla turbo kits dont fit RHD corolla's either.

You have the shift cables, powersteering lines, heater hoses, charcoal cannister etc all in the way. We found this out when sorting out the turbo setup on Marks car. That kit must be running very low boost to only make that amount of power at the engine.

edit: looks like it is low boost from the second article. The 1ZZ can handle quite a few PSI more than that with the stock motor, and more than double that figure before the ringlands and rods are in danger.
