hi, i drive a corolla accent 2003

one night not so long ago i decided to reverse into my girlfriends brothers celica :( was distracted!!!

anywho, slight front left door damage aquired. lower part of door kinda pushed in at four spots.

my questions are: 1) wouls i need to have to replace the whole door to repair it.

2) where bout in melbourne are some good spots to have it repaired.

3) how much roughly would it cost to replace the whole door/ or to repair.

thanx

a panel beater would usually re-skin the damaged door

as rollamods said.. door skin is usually replaced, as for pricing, it depends... some panel beater would buy off wreckers whereas some would buy brand new ones...

rough gauge.. couple of 100s..

i was afraid it would mount to couple hundreds. thats why i haven't taken it in yet. ow well ill have to try and find some time and get some quotes done.

What if i can pick up a second hand door and fit it. would there be much fiddling around witht the central locking?

it'll be much more expensive to buy a second hand door i would think.

listen to everyone else, get the skin replaced
