the big 3" mufflers you can get from repco for around 160, are they any good? are they illegal? (i assume so) how loud would one be on a 92 corolla?

my guess is that pressure would be bad for na. $160 is a fair price for a no brand stainless steel muffler. but if you look on ebay you will probably find cheaper ones. whether it is roadworthy or not depends on how much noise it makes. you will probably find that it is quite loud. wonder if you asked the repco sales what their response would be.

you can have mine for a cheap price $70 its got some pipe welded onto it came off a sportivo 03 but will need to be welded on again if you want
