Ive got a lil tappet noise from my 1ZZFE its done a good 70 thou on the clock now,In my racing engines that ive made (other than changing the adjusters) ive always put a thinner viscosity to get rid of the noise(using the thinner stuff to soak the tappets more) but in conference with my boys, some have agreed and disagreed that a thicker grade works better?? for the thicker viscosity stays in the Lash adjuster more longer ie reducing the clicking or clacking noise....

Im hoping for a positive & healthy outtake here,I know this has prolly been bought up before Im also thinking about changing from Penrite oil & switching to the Shell Ultra range..
