No speed limit out here

The long and not so winding North/South unsealed road from Alice Springs to Port Augusta in 1976. We did 1000 km in 10 hours all dirt. Used all the onboard fuel and the reserve as well. Note the corrrrrrugations. No way slow or fast to avoid them and going around any bend at 120 plus you drifted , and drifted, and drifted. At the rally end the Corona side windows had etched lines from the constant dust and vibration. And sometimes you just had to stop to ease the driving stress from the constant jarring and corrugations.
