PLEASE HELP!!!

extreme chromoly is stronger and slightly heavier, and usually costs more than aluminium, however for extreme race purposes go for the stronger and heavier chromoly material. Also, I have heard that the lighter aluminium flywheels sometimes tend to warp and cause other problems too.

like I said in your ride thread, get the MWR chromoly flywheel. It's lighter and pretty cheap. Otherwise if you want the aluminum flywheel, get the fidanza.

Yeh cheers. I needed one by Thursday so unless there is a better option in Australia I'll get the extreme chromoly.??

If the aluminium one doesn't have an insert then it wont be able to be machined. I'd go the chromoly one myself, well I do have a chromoly one sitting here.
